Annoyed customer...

I purchased an umbrella which turned out to be faulty and I had been told that the replacement parts would be arriving in a few days. Four weeks later and multiple phone calls later, still nothing. I've been following up and each time I've been told that someone would be in contact, either that day or the next. The customer service from the person on the other end of the phone has been hit and miss - more miss, in terms support, help and manner. Very disappointed in the experience thus far. I won't be recommending this store to anyone, especially if things don't get sorted soon.
Next step - heading to the store to complain. Hoping it doesn't have to get to this stage. Very, very sad face -verging on angry face!

Went in to find some beautiful coasters with semi-realistic paintings of native birds (like family have). Purchased several and was very happy. There are also some beautiful art canvases on the wall that were tempting.

Pre ordered a table 3 weeks ago. Still hasn't arrived - no comms about dispatch - spent $1700 had to chase twice for delivery date and it still hasnt turned up
