The Cheesecake Shop

Had a terrible experience with our cake we purchased for our daughters 5th birthday party. On a 5 minute drive from collection to fridge the cake was melting as the icing was not set. It looked terrible. I called the store and they told me to bring it back and they would fix it.. If fixing it is a slap up job and not actually solving the problem.. Then fix it they did. They were not sorry in the slightest and had no worries that they had devastated a 5 year old on her birthday.

I paid good money for a cake that looked awful and was ruined.

I will never shop at this store again.

Cakes and cheesecakes are always of a high standard. Extra $5 to get writing on the cake. Service is always good.

Cheesecake shop in New Lynn is probably the cheapest cake shop ever. I always buy my sons birthday cake from this shop. Their cakes are very delicious.

The best cake place to go when you're no good at baking, or just forgot about a cake for the birthday boy/girl! Cheesecakes, cakes, pavlova even!
