nice friendly staff central location basic but comfortable rooms at low rates and clean a short walk to the events center i would stay here when travelling through the city for an event again

We stayed here for 9's and it is a fantastic location as a 15 minute walk to Mt Eden park or a quick bus trip. Rooms were really well equipped, clean and tidy and I did make use of the gym swimming pool which was really nice.

Desk staff were fantastic, friendly and helpful. While our room was nice enough but it lacked ventilation as there was only a very small window up high that opened out toward another exterior wall, and there was a stale odour to the room. Price for the room we received was on the cheaper end. The location was great as we did not have our own vehicle, buses running only 100m from the front entrance.
