Staff was rude, place had a horrible smell to it, floors were ripped up, place was just generally trashed and just not great. Biggest issue for me was the person who served me and who I spoke to on the phone with (older lady, boy cut, glasses). She was rude, showed attitude towards me and my mate for no apparent reason, kept giving side eye and in general poor customer service. Don’t waste your money here, travel a bit further put and go bowling or play pool elsewhere for an overall better experience, although any where else would be better than here.

After Speaking to some people, this lady mentioned above has a prejudice and weird tone with Indians in general. I would like higher management to take care of this thanks.

Been here once while on holiday with the kids and thoroughly enjoyed it. Was a fun day out, great place for the family. Prices were decent too

This is the place to go when it comes to some good old family ten pin bowling fun! The staff are helpful and friendly and the guards up on the gutters are a good idea for those rookie players. A great time out for everyone!

Love the flashing lights. Kids love the environment here with the music pumping and the lights flashing. Good feels.
