Tend Symonds Street Medical Centre

I have had great service here. The receptionists, nurse and doctors are patient even if the centre is busy!

Really friendly nurses and doctors. They try to make you feel calm especially when taking blood samples. Waiting time was a bit long but still within the time period they have said initally.

My experience there was not great. The medical centre was very noisy and busy. Despite having an appointment, I was made to wait for a long while before I could see a doctor. I specifically requested that my test results be sent online but in vain. I had to email the receptionists several times to get hold of my results. They seriously lack professionalism and customer service experience.

I have been their for immigration Medical last week and I really impressed with their service compare to others and fast too. Also all staff are very friendly and supportive. They are fast in reporting and good to see they share full reports on request.

Been going here for over half a decade ... Has grown very strong and now seems like right hand may not talk to left hand anymore. Too much of red-tape condition now. Has nice seating and pharmacy inside the clinic for ease.
