Tend Symonds Street Medical Centre

My experience there was not great. The medical centre was very noisy and busy. Despite having an appointment, I was made to wait for a long while before I could see a doctor. I specifically requested that my test results be sent online but in vain. I had to email the receptionists several times to get hold of my results. They seriously lack professionalism and customer service experience.

my medical check up for immigration application was seamless. booking of appointment was easy and straightforward. even though the clinic was crowded, waiting time was reasonable on the appt day. nurses were friendly.

Really friendly nurses and doctors. They try to make you feel calm especially when taking blood samples. Waiting time was a bit long but still within the time period they have said initally.

Quite a busy clinic, but they offer a lot of services even medical screening for visa purposes.

Conveniently located just by a clinic, so makes it easy to have the check up and get medicine all at once. The shop is quite small though.
