Synergy Hair

Synergy is unprofessional, have under skilled staff , and have absolutely disgusting service recovery. They don't deliver on what they promised, not even close. They cut off a chunk of my hair which was visibly messed up, and still had the nerve to say there was nothing wrong. When I took my complaint further, I was told the general manager would be in touch. Weeks went by and still no contact so I commented on their Facebook page asking when I was going to have my complaint acknowledged. My comments were deleted and I was blocked from making any further contact. Absolutely shocking and disgusting. Shows just how seriously Synergy take their work.
Wouldn't recommend to anyone, if you need a hair cut in Manukau, walk a few extra steps to the place across from here which is what I wish I had done in the first place after my experience with Synergy.
