The staff here seemed disinterested and solely focussed on themselves. I went in literally to buy some shampoo which was out of stoke, instead of providing me with details on when it will be in, the staff basically said "better luck next time" and then carried on chatting to themselves. Do not attend.

Staff recommended a shampoo and conditioner pack which included a hair mask, it was so expensive but brought it anyway on the basis that he must know what he was talking about. Go home used it, complete rubbish. Total waste of money. Do not recommend this place.

I'm Guttered. After a bad experience with another hairdresser in the mall, I went to this one thinking the more expensive prices meant more experienced staff. A younger girl did a treatment in my hair as recommended by the male owner, that was nice. Then I went to get a haircut, I wanted the layers to be trimmed. The hairdresser did an absolute hack job of it, and you could clearly see where each layer stopped and another started. There was no blending at all. I should have just tipped my head upside down and cut it with the kitchen scissors to have the same effect. No matter how desperate you are, DO NOT GO HERE.

Absolutely disgusting customer service especially from the owner! I bought a $300 cloud nine straightener from them just over a year ago. Advised at time of purchase that it is a 2 year warranty. Now a year later its faulty, the owner is implying that I have lied about being told that it is covered for 2 years. Yells through the phone and hangs up! DO NOT make the mistake of going here. Appauling customer service from the owner. Inagine the stylists.

Staff are unprofessional and unhelpful. They remain indignant and refuse to acknowledge a less than satisfied customer. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Please avoid this place if you wish to colour your hair. Their instruments are dirty and the finished product reflect the inexperience of the staff.
