The so called manager working in the albany mall was so rude, unprofessional and not friendly. I bought $336 worth of items online and they were delivered in a plastic bag so I went to the albany swarovski shop and explained that they were for gifts and that I was disappointed because they arrived in plastic bags instead of a nice swarovski packing. The staff apologised and was very kind and try to help me out where the manager looked at me as if she is so annoyed and was not helpful and even left the store before I left. I am giving 3.5 star because of the kind staff who was far better with the customer service than the MANAGER!
