Sushi Bar Salmon

There are lots of option on the menu and the best of them in my opinion is fish, which is fresh,cheap, and tastes good. Highly recommended !

Beautifully fresh and delicate hand-rolled sushi in a variety of different flavours. Their chicken teriyaki sushi was absolutely heavenly.

especially for vegetarians. they have brown rice option available as well.

It was a long overdue trip down memory lane revisiting Mercury Plaza for lunch with an out of town friend. I was most eager to try the Japanese eatery again as it used to have my favourite salmon nigiri ever.

What were the chances that the same owners would still run this sushi bar and that the food would be as memorable. Fortunately, I was delighted all over again trying the Salmon bento deluxe. Memories of the best salmon nigiri ever came back to me, melt in the mouth fresh salmon sashimi and rolled sushi. Every morsel of food was exquisite and it was wonderful seeing how busy they remain.

I was pleasantly surprised to see that the food court looked nicer than I remembered however you never visit Mercury Plaza for the decor. It really is all about the delicious food, not to mention the eye candy. I don’t recall this place being a hot spot for hottie, but it warrants a worthy mention! 5 star excellence!
