Staff were really friendly here and took good care.But we had to wait for an about 1 hour before they could attend.Being a children specialist hospital,it needs to have more infrastructure and staff.

Very child-friendly hospital. They do a good job at making being sick less unpleasant for children. Hats off to all the staff who act with such love and care!

Staff at Starship do an amazing job. They're helpful, friendly, caring and really walk you through the process of what they're doing. However they are understaffed/overworked. We had to wait for about an hour to see the nurse, then another hour or so to see the doctor.

Wonderful teams of staff that go above and beyond when visiting your sick loved ones. Love all the bright colours and murals and the added extra touches and activities to keep the children there and visiting occupied at such a trying time for families and patients.
