Long wait times to see staff, but once you do, they're generally very helpful, caring and professional. Their nurses were fantastic at trying to make what was a very upsetting time more pleasant by offering to take my newborn baby for walks around the wards so that I could sleep (even for an hour), and making our stay more comfortable by moving us to a bigger and better room with our own bathroom.

Starship offers very professional and kind care for the children of New Zealand.

Staff are great, so helpful and understanding. Hospital is easy to get around, good signage and ample parking.

Amazing care from a great bunch of people. Everyone is so friendly and thorough, putting both you as a parent and your child at ease. You feel well looked after and everything is well explained to you.

amazing team of staff, it took a little while to be seen, but when we did the staff were awesome and helpful, they seem to be a little understaffed though, but still great service and good experience
