Stardome Observatory & Planetarium

Its a fantastic experience to see through the telescope on a clear night. Its a great place to take kids and visitors to Auckland.

A very educational and informative place I came here on a school trip once and I loved it.

Went there for the Grand Tour of the Solar System and was a nice experience, very informative.
Tickets were sold out, however, staff was kind to put us on waitlist and luckily we got seats.
Also got to use the telescope to view the night sky which was great.

Fully love this place took my daughter on the weekendit was amazing they also let us in wen wewere a little late for the show.

Went to the open day so was only $2 per head, a great introduction to planets, stars and the universe for the little ones.

Nicely setup but not a huge amount to do other than the planetarium show - although the kids could spend hours sending the ball down the gravity well!
