The waiting time last time I was here was insane. We waited hours. It is quite a small practice. I'd recommend calling around ahead of time to ask about how busy they ae, and go to a different A&E if they are busy.

Generally really good. Waiting room has toys and a fish-tank to keep the kids entertained. Doctors and nurses have a good bedside manner. Not sure how they prioritise patients - with my young son we seemed to jump in front of people who had been there longer - maybe making that clearer let people know their approximate wait time? The queue can get pretty long at peak periods

Strategically located nearby some Mt Albert, St Lukes and Morningside housing areas and the schools. This A & E has friendly staff and it has an X-ray service too.

Havent had any issues going to this place.
