Great selection of second hand books for sale, at very good prices. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Great customer service. Being in the arcade just adds to the rustic feel, which is very pleasant.

Talk about an institution. THis place has been here longer than I have been in the country. Great place to find some hidden gems, Agree that the overall environment is not the greatest for browsing, but if you go at off peak times, then can browse undisturbed to your hearts content. Think it is great that a place like this is still out there in this sterile and cold digital age.

I love the range of books and the window display has often had something that grabbed my attention but I find the interior a bit to cramped and dusty to really feel comfortable browsing.
