      Good store with great service. They are very helpful and very accommodating if you have children too, no problem letting them have a balloon or investigate the store decorations. Highly recommend.

      Happy with their services. I went in last month because my phone wasn't updating 'Google services'. A girl at the desk wasn't much help and she told me to email or call Google which made me a bit frustrated. But another Indian gentleman was more helpful - he tried everything he knew to help me and put in the effort at least to try and solve the problem.

      A few years ago, when it wore the old Telecom colours, this was a shop to stay away from; in my experience,let down by invariably slow service, often unfriendly and sometimes unhelpful staff … Somewhere along the way, things changed and 'Spark 2.0' is a shop transformed. Could it be that Vodafone and 2-Degrees also have shops just metres away? Whatever the reason, today's staff are on the ball, friendly, and know their job. The downside is that it gets busy, but the last time I was there a member of staff was "working the queue" to find out the nature of the service required, or to attend to quick and easy matters on the spot. I thought this was very good, especially as all I wanted on the day was to buy an ADSL filter for the landline.
