      I've had good service in this Lynnmall store, which is located up near JB Hi-fi, and funnily opposite 2 Degrees and Vodafone stores. They have a really nice phone and product layout, and spend the time with you to make sure that you have the best internet connection at home and best available mobile deals. I was impressed that they could just charge any purchases to my home landline bill with no interest payments etc - very cool. Big companies can sometimes be impersonal, but the service here at Spark Lynnmall was VERY personal. Recommended.

      On the hunt for a new phone, called in and was surprised how staff didn't ask if i was OK or offer to help me. I don't like to be set on by staff, but a friendly hello can i help you from someone would have been nice.

      Went in to look at the different phones they sold. Staff could have been more helpful, they just let me browse without asking if I needed anything.

      Good customer service.I use the Spark connection on my internet, landline and mobile.
      I like the specials for already existing customers.
      Both internet and mobile packages are good including international calling.
      Mobile packages offer bonus minutes, bonus data, bonus socialiser for broadband users.

      Credit goes to two of the staff members for providing a good service and two separate deals as one for mobile and one for the plan. Wasn't expecting the two of those but I reckon they matched with what's best for business. Store is having issues with earthquake restructuring requirements hence its now running through a kiosk whilst the original shop gets sorted out as are some of the shops in Lynn Mall but service is still top notch
