Really well laid out store that has really friendly staff as well! Came here the other day to get something fixed on my phone as it wasn`t working correctly and the staff here were really happy to help! I am not the best with technology and they were very understanding and didnt`t think twice about helping me out! Really appreciate awesome customer service like this!

Had to wait a long time for service. Even after that, he couldn't help me. Asked me to ring customer service.

Hge and very busy store.Each and every time i have been here i have had to wait ages to be served as they are always busy and low staff. So we now go to Papakura and don't have to wait as long.
