Had to wait for quite a while to get help. When it was finally our turn, he made us look & feel stupid because we didn't understand the technical terms he was using.

Not the best effort for customer service. Sadly I was waiting over half an hour to be served and in that time I wasn't acknowledged once. Once I finally managed to be served the agent then totally ignored what I was asking and tried to sell me something that I wasn't interested in as I had already done the research and was set on a particular handset to which I got told that wasn't going to work and I needed this handset which was $4/500 more than what I was willing to pay. Ended up leaving without the phone and ordered online instead.
