Poor communication by the service department, I had a brand new vehicle go in for a fault and it took them over a week to identify the fault. I had to ring them several times on a daily basis for updates. Only when I insisted the vehicle e moved to another dealership (the one I had bought it from) did they suddenly find the fault and repair it....

Decent service and reasonable prices considering the vehicle was the Top of the range vehicle. Offered free road side help with the utmost professional manner. Free loan car with no hidden costs unlike BMW Auckland. Highly recommend there personal touch.

They helped with all my questions and queries, including giving us different financing options. I would definitely recommend them when purchasing a new car. Very poor service, not helpful. No respect for the customer, worst experience ever.

Love the selection and the staff here they are very friendly and have very good prices on most vehicles. I myself was looking at used trucks and they had a good selection.
