Smart Express Limited

I've had to move 5 times in 6 months and have used Smart Express each time. The guys are always hard working, friendly and considerate. Their rates are reasonable and they are always on time and do a great job. Never had anything break, the movers have always been efficient and careful and the price was reasonable and affordable. Thanks team! Latest move was Epsom to Kohi 13/05/2017 8.30am - please pass my thanks onto the boys who moved me.

I booked a move a 2nd floor apartment with only stairs to access. I informed them of this at booking.

On the day, the movers would not stop complaining about the steps. I received a call from head office saying the workers feel they should get more money for accommodating the number of stairs. I declined; the movers became even more unprofessional, and went extremely slowly.

The movers also told me that I was on the 3rd floor as there were a few steps leading up to the porch/lobby!

What a great service Devan, Nick, Susan and the team provide. On time and everything they say they do they actually did, and so professional. For a great delivery experience around Auckland, you can't go past these guys. Highly recommended AAA+++
