      Joe Martin has sold Real Estate since 1995. He previously owned Devonport Realty, where he was a Principal, Manager and Salesman for over 10 years, with a reputation for honesty and integrity. Leanne Wintle, Joe¿s partner for over 20 years, comes from a background in corporate Project Management. The balance of organisation, people skills and managing a process from start to finish have worked well in ensuring that Selling Simply meets it¿s aims to provide a quality service for a reasonable price. After merging with a bigger company Joe felt the need to offer alternatives to Vendors and Purchasers, hence opening Selling Simply.
