Good location with plenty of parking available. Small mall with few stores, is a very old mall, looks like it hasn't been updated since it was built. If you are looking for chane stores this is not the place to come.

Nice little local mall. Basic selection of shops, but most of the things you need.

Used to shop a lot when lived in Royal Oak, Very convenient, adjacent to Pak n Save. Providing roof to Beauty parlour, Asian shop for fruits n veges, Furniture shop, were some of the grasps. Nice takeaways and have enjoyed the sushi place many times.

There aren't many of the chain stores at this mall but there are lots of boutique shops and a great comic book store. Can be easy to get lost in.

Good mall has a lot of shops, there is a supermarket and a few food places around it (Wendy's, Hell Pizza and McDonald's). The mall is old and run down but it does the job. There are a lot of $2 shops and the bakery at the back of the mall has really delicious bread.
