Royal Oak Mall got a huge parking place for shoppers to store their cars when shopping. It’s a one stop mall with various restaurants and Paknsave. Convenient location and easy to reach.

This is the Shopping Mall equivalent of 'That 70s show'... it really has a historic feel about the place. reminds me very much of suburban shopping centres in Australia. The food court isn't great and sadly some of the regular stores have been replaced with ...yep ... you guessed it... $2 shops... selling endless piles of cheap rubbish. On the whole it's pretty scruffy with insufficient parking.

i come to this mall often as they have my pharmacy i like to go to . The staff there are wonderful. There is always a carpark out the front and the mall itself is always tidy and clean.

this is a great little mall with everything you will need, from chemists to macds and clothes. the car park is easy to navigate with is unusual for Auckland

We love bakers delight. So many yummy things to choose from sweet and savory. Out favourite is the spinach and feta bread.
