It was a good hair cut and friendly staff/good service but I expected the experience to be identical to that in the Newmarket branch where I had previously gone for years. The store itself was a bit lacklustre and not as many of the finer details that you get at Newmarket (massage chairs for example). I was quite surprised as it's a chain and the price is no different, so I expected the same level of quality. A bit of a shame and as such way too overpriced.

These guys have always given a good hair cut. It's nice to feel a little pampered with the head massage during hair wash and a drink with it. They did my wedding hairstyles for me & my sister's and whilst it wasn't quite the same as the trial, they did a good job. Would have been nice to gets group discount but they didn't give us one.

I love this Salon. The staff are so lovely and do a wonderful job. They go the extra mile to make sure you are looked after and work within your budget. I have had a major hair disaster that they fixed for me before and I cannot recommend them enough.. They are amazing. Confidence restored!

Quite expensive but a good thorough service and the staff and stylists are all very friendly and knowledgeable.
