Rockyyz Mobilez & More

I would just like to say that Rockyz Mobilez has the most disgusting customer service I have ever experienced. I have been in several times to get my phone fixed that is under the warrantee. They have happily fixed it, not being too helpful I may add, they speak poor English and I have had to explain myself many times to what the problem is. This last time I went in to claim a refund as the phone they have sold me is unusable and I am sick to death of going in to get it fixed, the man behind the counter was unbelievably rude, swearing, yelling and talking over me. I did swear at him first as he was not very helpful, but he is in customer service and NO WAY should he ever swear or yell at a customer. He did not listen to what I had to say at all and was no help whatsoever, yelling over me. They are useless and I would never go back and never recommend anyone to purchase a phone from there!!!

I completely disagree with the other persons review of Rockyz Mobilez of 369 Great North Rd Henderson. I decided based on a phone call to them among many other phone calls to repair companies to travel from Maraetai to Henderson to have my cell phone fixed.
I found them extremely courteous and friendly on the initial phone call compared with the other call’s to repair companies and also to my face when I got there.
The repair was completed within the hour and at the very reasonable quoted cost, they were true to the quoted repair costs of the phone – no additional bolt on repair costs .
I would have NO hesitation in going back to them for future repair’s even though it’s over an hours drive and huge traffic issues from where I live. Well done guys, keep up the good work – phone works fine - Many thanks.
