      These guys were very slow and very poor at communicating. Ultimately I had to pay another engineer to check the calculations as they just wouldn't respond to requests for maximum loading details.
      Once the job was finished, I had to get the structure modified before the building inspector noticed how unstable it was. Not recommended at all.
