This has to be the WORST real estate company I have ever dealt with.
After signing a tenancy agreement and paying $2000 to move in, exactly 5 days later my father had passed away. Ray White Milford then declined to return our money and gave us back less than half of the amount we paid. It had only been 5 days. With no bother of there agents trying to contact my family, we where chasing them. We are very disappointed and shocked at how they have treated us. I would say heartless to be exact. Shame on you Ray White. I will never use or encourage anyone to use your company again.

Our real estate agent does not know the tenancy law at all. The agent wants to increase rent a lot just in one week, wants us to pay a letting fee for a changed contract which does not make any sense. She said that if we refuse to pay our contract will be terminated. Shame on you Ray White!!!!
