Excellent service and good experience

I loved my experience your salon, the staff are amazing and so is the atmosphere created, have already started recommending you. Will definitely be a returning customer.

Went to do my eyebrows and came out with them uneven and extremely thin. She blamed them on the way my eyebrows naturally look, which was quite an insult as I have never had the issue in the past. My eyebrows are quite thick naturally.

Went to get my sideburns waxed aswell, she charged me $3 extra just to thread a little of my cheek. I was not impressed as she charged me for a whole face wax, when she literally just did a cm more.

ALSO. Based on their schedules they close and open whenever they want, they had me waiting outside their store for half an hour, with no apologies or anything. It was urgent and I was so angry, didn't even cut the cost.

I only come here because it's close but based on the 2 times i've been here ( I gave them the benefit of the doubt so I went there the 2nd time), I have not been pleased.

Never coming here again.

Cheap but poor job. Girl sniggering at me when doing my eyebrows, took a small chuck out of each eyebrow and blamed it on there being no hair there. I have had my eyebrows done in the past and never came across this problem. Left me with eyebrows that are uneven and unnatural looking. Will not be going back.

Very good hair service and everything else is excellent. Would highly recommend this salon for everyone!
