Several months ago these guys just went off the radar. We were a reseller with them and had many web clients then one day we could no longer reach them and had to move our business elsewhere pretty much immediately. This took many hours of work and long nights to deal with and we have never heard from them since. Their servers and website still appear to be active but they are all now based in Dallas in the US through an American company so these guys just stopped doing business one day and never bothered telling their clients.

Previously (2012) the company's service was quite responsive.
I have had a problem now for over a week, and despite sending several emails the only response has been an auto-responder. I have tried calling both their 0800 and 09 number, but both numbers appear to be no longer operating as it cuts off after the third ring.
Unfortunately their service is certainly NOT 24/7, neither are they customer focussed anymore.
