We contracted Pondco to install a natural swimming pool in Jan 2016. Over two months later we have an empty hole in the ground, with a ripped pool liner and no filtration zone. Despite having been paid in full for the pool they want additional money to fix the problems they created. We have personally incurred thousands of dollars of costs in wasted materials and our family has suffered through months of stress and anxiety. Other companies have quoted over $20,000 to get the pool working effectively as a natural swimming pool, which we cannot afford, so we’re left with an ugly hole in the ground. In our experience, save yourself time, money and misery and deal with another contractor.
