      Appalling customer service. Have used a dozen of times, good prices but will never return after the most recent experience, when they sent me short dated meds and have taken ages to do anything about it (still unresolved after 3 weeks).

      Purchased the item on Weds evening but until today Monday morning still has not received the item. Normally they are not this slow but never too great in the delivery. Expect 2 - 3 days working day but this is definitely too long. Will not buy again for an urgent item.

      Couldn't believe the price difference. Purchased optifast for about $8 below the lowest price I'd found. Staff could've smiled a bit more, but was created as i entered the shop which was nice.
