      Rude customer service, stupid search on the website. They use NZ Courier Post - THE WORST DELIVERY EVER! I wish I could read all the reviews before purchasing. Never buy anything from them guys. Even though they have lower prices it is not worth the difficulties you'll be experiencing with your purchase..so think twice before check out.

      Couldn't believe the price difference. Purchased optifast for about $8 below the lowest price I'd found. Staff could've smiled a bit more, but was created as i entered the shop which was nice.

      Cheap products but low quality service; call today to inquiry about bulk order of a product, the lady on the phone spoke very unpleasantly, and kept asking me to email, before I even finish the sentence she hung up on me.
