So frustrating.. after receiving my desktop computer without the monitor, I called them to check and the guy agreed to refund, because I can't wait another 4 working days.. and here the MD pops up and refuse to refund and instead sends the monitor. couldn't wait for it and had to buy a monitor for my studies and thus I ended up with 2 monitors.
Insincere & dishonest people..

Appalling experience. Drove down there on a Saturday to find the shop shut. Complained and they offered free shipping on the monitor I wanted but that turned out to be less than straightforward. Monitor turned up but it's not what I ordered and suddenly after promising to send the right product - they don't have any (although the website is still showing that I can buy as many as 50!!!). They say their 'terms and conditions' mean I have to drive back (more than an hour round trip) to return it or courier it at my expense for a refund. Total cowboys! Clearly they don't have the stock they say they do. Stay away if you value your time or money.

Poor service. Do not reccommend. Similar experience to reviewer Cara T Smith with sending wrong product and then expecting you to pay courier up front when it is their error. They repeatedly ignored messages to try to get a fix. Don't seem to know about the products they sell or just think they can fool you with a similar but l lesser one. Find another company to do your business with do not trust the claims on the website. I wish I had looked up reviews and not given business to this scummy company.
