Bad service. More than half the staff can not communicate properly. has a good range of products though

GREAT LOCATION! FRIENDLY STAFFF!!!
I went here yesterday to purchase a new iPhone X and the prices here were so much cheaper then at the other stores. The staff are so helpful and very friendly. There were lots of phone options to choose from which was awesome. Apparently they have the biggest range of phones. Clean store and well displayed products.

The store is much bigger than it looks from the outside. They have a huge range of products inside and often have great bargins for things like usb sticks, sd cards. I regularly come here as I can find tech parts that are not available at other retailers but don't always expect friendly service from the staff, especially the ones at the counter. Avoid busy times as parking is extremely difficult.

I have used these guys a couple of times online but had some questions about what product would suit my need best. The phone help was very knowledgeable and friendly. It’s always good having someone who knows what the product functions like with tech things that you can’t “try before you buy”.
The only reason it wasn’t four stars is the phone help couldn’t process my order and I had to go back to the website.
