I like coming here to get the odd electronic parts and battery replacements which cannot be easily done with other big chain stores. Staff are efficient and knowledgeable and I always find what I am looking for, 1 year warrranty with most products.

Incredible ranges and fantastic prices (be careful, some shelf prices weren't the online price... but staff were reasonable, and I got what I wanted at the "best price on the day".
Full service department adjacent, on site too.

Great prices on all electronic and computer goods and selection in their range. 4/5 I would rate their service from walking around and getting help from staff.
They have everything from computer parts/laptops/memory cards and TVs.

One of the best! Purchased my latest laptop from here, such a good deal and staff were really friendly and helpful.

Purchased a new Dell laptop. machine worked for 6 months with regular use. Problems began about a month later where the screen flickered on & off intermittently. Got the laptop in to PB tech who looked into it and found no fault. The same thing happened a month later, took it right back a total of 3 times in 6 months. definitely not happy that they were unable to resolve/change the machine to avoid the continued inconvenience. Service was okay but nothing to shout about.. Don't see my self shopping here again.
