My family business server crashed last week. I filled out a request a quote form at 2am on a Sunday and got an email back 5 minutes later from the boss, Payam! I was more than impressed as I got the data back in less than 2 days. Happy to use them again (hope I never need to).

After 10 years in IT in New Zealand I have never experienced such friendly and helpful customer service. These guys should be on TV! My Raid array crashed and they saved all my photos in 2 days. I tried for 6 weeks to work it out and failed.

I bent mu USB flash drive last week and snapped the connector. Payam fixed it on the same day and was very helpful. I hope this never happens again but I would definitely go back to use their services. You have a great business.
