We've bought candles & cake toppers from them for years for our shop- Celebration Cakes- & have always found them great to deal with with a good range of well priced items.

Such a shame Josh Kim seems to have based his review on the courier driver- which is a different business.

The delivery man who is in charge for royal oak, was very unfriendly to us.
We didn't know he was a delivery man, because he came to our shop for the first time
(he didn't greet us but keep staring angrily)
He didn't tell us where he came from and why he came to our shop, telling us to sign and tell out names quickly.
I was annoyed that he does this work in half-hearted attempt.
The next time he came to our shop. he did the same thing again.
I don't wan to see him with this kind of attitude again :/

I find it rather disturbing when I see the staff are allowed to drink of alcohol on the job and shown on a staff members Facebook account last Friday 20/02/2015.

First review is completely misleading. No one drinks whilst working (I work there) and staff and employees are amazing. Any known instances of drinking on the job would be taken up with higher staff. A well founded business overall.
