Papakura Lawnmowers

I feel ripped off. Rang to ask about repair to self drive and was told they would give me a quote which would cost nothing. Took mower in for quote and after a few days got an email saying they had replaced the drive belt and the cost was $103.00. Unhappy but what could I do. Collected mower and took home only to find it was still not driving!! Sent two emails but no replies. Very disappointed and will not be going back. Sorry guys but you've lost a prospective customer.

Great service and expert advice. They stock a wide range of mowers. Was impressed to receive my first service free of charge. Highly recommended.

They do a good job. But, I requested a quote before work was done and they just did the job without authorization, it also took a very long time to get any contact about this (it was 1 month from delivering it to being fixed).

The frustrating part was I rang twice and was told that somebody would be back with a quote in the next few days. I then get a notification 1 week later telling me to pick it up. It was frustrating as I was deciding between upgrading or repairing.

found it more expensive pays to shop around as found same mower alot cheaper else where
