Love this store, the staff are so friendly and super helpful. I always spend a good hour here trying to make decisions on what charms to buy for my new Pandora bracelet. Highly recommended. Lots of variety.

I found this store hardly show many of the products and try to sell you alternatives. We were looking for a kids bracelet and they said they only had leather but when we went Botany they had the kids one. We also wanted a letter charm which was on special for $15 but they didn't not want to show us and kept showing us the pricier one. Not that great of an experience at this particular store.

But 1 star less for the customer service.
