Whole team we dealt with were amazing!! From the girls at the office who got in contact took payment gave relevant info to the guys who turned upto do the installation - on time, very thorough and took less time then expected - THANKS SO MUCH! I love my heat pump :)

The team at Oxygen Air have been great, the new heat pump is running well and we are no longer suffering from the heat. They were very quick to come and provide us with a free quote and the installation went very smoothly. Would highly recommend the Oxygen Air if you're in the market for a heat pump. Thanks guys!

The company is great. The sales agent visited my home and quoted me different options to match my budget. There was no pressure to commit. Once we decided on a solution the installation happened according to schedule. The install team arrived on time. They advised us on the plan for installation. They were tidy and worked efficiently within the 4 hours they had allocated for the job. The explanation on how the unit functions was not through enough however and the tech was unable to answer some of my questions.
