I was kept on the phone for ages and then they forgot about me. I could hear people talking and laughing loudly and no-one bothered to pick up the phone again to let me know what was happening or what I was waiting for.

I decided to hang up and call back. But I realised that their phone was still off the hook, so no-one realised the phone was still needing attendance.

I rang back a number of times, but the phone was always engaged. So, obviously the phone is still off the hook after 1/2 an hour.

I really needed an appointment urgently as I had an appointment with another government agency and I needed a budget service.

I gave at least 2 and a 1/2 stars as I do like a couple of the people there. They are the reason I even gave a rating at all.
