My husband recently purchased a prescription glass here. The manager had shown excellent customer service. She managed to book my husband on the same day for an appointment for the eye test. She has explained the differences of lenses and costs. It is 30 mins to do the eye test. We were told that collection of glasses will be approximately 5-7 days. Day 6 came and we still have not heard from them. We called them and they said that there were customs issue but will call us as soon as the product arrived. They did. They were apologetic when we collected but told them it wasn’t their fault. They also offer to clean my husband’s old eye glasses.

Nice shop for getting the eye drops (like I buy for dry eyes). Friendly staff and they also recommend which one would suit you best.

I've made eye tests in this branch, and it was on the highest level. Very gentle, professional and details both for glasses and lenses. The optometrist is a real professional with deep knowledge and confidence. I would definitely recommend this shop.

Had my eyes tested here and highly recommend! The optometrist explained all the tests we did, and was very thorough. Really surprised with the large range of glasses they stocked. I always buy contact lenses from them as they always have them in stock. And If you're with Southern Cross health insurance you can get free eye checks so I definitely recommend!
