OPSM

Staff is not aware of what products they have in store. On my last visit, I had asked for eye gel and the girl working there, they don't have it. However my wife spotted it in the store and showed them. It's not at all like other OPSM store.

Awesome store, OPSM taka puma has a very caring friendly down to earth service also staff are very attentive. Love the designer range heaps of selection. Just prices are rather high!

Happy with the customer service at this branch. Came here after Albany store didn’t have what I needed.

Well trained optometrist. She even diagnosed a very special condition in my eye, which was missed by a eye specialist doctor and recommended/ taught me eye exercise.
Frame range is expensive though.

Lovely staff and great service. Complimentary eye checks with Southern Cross Health Insurance. I do still buy my glasses elsewhere, as OPSM is quite expensive.
