      As a southern cross member, I got my free eye exam at OPSM Queen St. So far this is the best eye exam I have ever experienced. They used lots of different high tech machine, optometrist very patient. Their frames a bit more expensive but you received high quality of product and service.

      Skilled workers are great. General staff apart from store manager are poor. Cold. Not really helpful to oneself. Just for their ease. Lacking in thought or knowlwdge.Dont open at opening times. Dont return ph calls.Since opsm took over its very very sad experience. Apart from the specialists they can call on.

      Staff are fantastic. OPSM is more expensive than other similar stores but the quality of service you receive is worth it.
