Get in shape at the Olympic Pools & Fitness Centre! The fitness centre offers an extensive range of weights and in our Cardio Theatre you can watch your favourite TV show, the news or music channels while you exercise on over 30 machines such as treadmills, bikes, steppers and rowers. Personal Trainers can be booked upon request and Group Fitness Classes include Pump, Step, Impact and Zumba as well as Yoga, Peloton and Coraflex classes. Our Sauna, Steam and Spa are the perfect place to go after your workout or a stressful day at work. Improve your circulation, sooth and relax tired muscles, hydrate your skin, reduce stress! Our 50 metre Olympic size pool has lanes for slow, medium and fast swimmers. We also have a learners Pool which is used for swimming lessons for all ages and levels. Pool is average but the work our facilities are good. Good equipment. Friendly trainers and clean gyms.

I go to this swimming pool quite often. The pool itself is worth the price, but I love the sauna and steam bath.
Nice the spa pool, too.
Never went to the gym.
The pool ticket is quite cheap.
