Get in shape at the Olympic Pools & Fitness Centre! The fitness centre offers an extensive range of weights and in our Cardio Theatre you can watch your favourite TV show, the news or music channels while you exercise on over 30 machines such as treadmills, bikes, steppers and rowers. Personal Trainers can be booked upon request and Group Fitness Classes include Pump, Step, Impact and Zumba as well as Yoga, Peloton and Coraflex classes. Our Sauna, Steam and Spa are the perfect place to go after your workout or a stressful day at work. Improve your circulation, sooth and relax tired muscles, hydrate your skin, reduce stress! Our 50 metre Olympic size pool has lanes for slow, medium and fast swimmers. We also have a learners Pool which is used for swimming lessons for all ages and levels. Fantastic facilities, the pool is really large and not always filled with screaming children unless you arrive at after school times. The sauna and spa is a great place to relax. There is no parking but I'm completely happy to park elsewhere and walk.

Nice large pool, with several lanes. They have a designated lane for aqua jogging which is awesome work out. Also have nice spa pool and heated children pool. The change rooms quite large with free lockers (need to bring own lock). Hair dryers available.

By far the cleanest and most well maintained facilities I've been to in Auckland. Friendly staff there as well.
