Number 5 Restaurant

while in Auckland last week we had A wonderful meal recently. Delicious cuisine, amazing service. Attention to detail was impeccable. Highly recommend. I’ll be back!

We celebrated my wife's birthday at No.5 We had not been there before. It was recommended by our son from Australia. We were not disappointed. Jack, the owner and chef looked after us very well. We had the 5 course degustation. The food was delicious and unique. Price was not exorbitant. Most of all, we were stuffed after dinner. Jack even provided a complimentary birthday drinks and chocolate mousse. Parking is next door to the restaurant. Highly recommended . You won't be disappointed.

I have loved this restaurant for years. Great food and elegant dining. Impeccable table service in an old brick building amongst the high rise. My favourite is the degustation menu which often takes the taste buds on a new experience.

great food and service from the staff. ambience was good too but a bit hard to get parking around.

Lovely old world charm & romantic ambience. Every course deliciously prepared with locally- sourced produce, meats & seafood. Wine choices outstanding...try the Sea Red dessert wine... you will be delighted! Bon appetit!
