Very, very cheap quality and also the store smells of putrifying toxic chemicals, unsure how the sales staff work there! Stopped my relatives from any purchase here whatsoever. The staff do make an attempt to assist the customers.

Can't complain about the service there is none
They don't want to refund shoes 5 days old that smell so bad like chemicals and don't fit as good this is actually illegal under the fair trading act Would

Had a nice experience at novo today. Ladies were really lovely & helped me with what I needed. Shoes bit expensive but cheap if you get on sale.

Live their range of shoes. Some can be a little pricey but over all prices are good. Staff are lovely and friendly and assist you were needed. Store was tidy and well stocked
