Bit expensive as compared to other shops. Customer service was average.

Had a nice experience at novo today. Ladies were really lovely & helped me with what I needed. Shoes bit expensive but cheap if you get on sale.

Very, very cheap quality and also the store smells of putrifying toxic chemicals, unsure how the sales staff work there! Stopped my relatives from any purchase here whatsoever. The staff do make an attempt to assist the customers.

Good prices usually have boots 2 for $60. Staff are welcoming although you usually have to approach them first.
